Return and exchange

Exchange or returning internet purchases

Not satisfied with an article? Purchases through internet can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Shipping costs for returning are to be paid by the customer.

 

Please remember to add your completely filled out return bill in the shipment. Without the form we will not be able to handle you return.

 

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item you will have to pay for the shipping costs to send us the package. The new items will be send to you without shipping fee.

 

Tip: if you send an email to retour@succubus.nl stating which item you would exchange, including the replacement goods and what size you would like to receive, we will already put them aside for you. But please remember to always send the returns including the fully filled out return bill for a swift handling.

 

Should the item you want to exchange be out of stock we will send you an email mentioning the estimated delivery time. As soon as we are restocked we will send you the articles. Should the item be more expensive than the returned item we will send you payment information for the extra amount. If the article is less expensive we will repay the difference to your bank account.

 

Both in exchanging or returning please make sure that:

- you don't forget to enclose the fully fill out return bill;
- you don't store the clothing close to pets or in a smoking environment;
- when returning shoes, you don't use the box as a shipping box: shoe boxes are to be returned without any writing on it, no tape on it and no shipping info on the box;

 

Items can be in no way returned or exchanged in case:

- clothing is worn, washed and/or damaged;
- you have tried to repair any damages yourself;
- you didn't follow up on the manual or handling guides;
- the item is incomplete in any way.

 

What to do if I received a wrong item or I discover a production failure?

Should there be anything wrong with your delivery or did you accidentally receive an item you didn't order, then of course we apologize in advance. We are only human, so in such a case please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Of course we always recommend to check your parcel on receipt.
