Wat if I am not satisfied with a delivery?

We will always try our hardest to give you the best possible shopping experience at Succubus, however, should you have any complaints or questions you are very welcome to send us an email on service@succubus.nl. For damaged goods please send us a picture of the item for us to be able to handle the complaint swiftly and accurate. You will receive an email to inform you that your mail has reached us. As follow up we will then contact you about a satisfactory solution.

All information given to us by you will only be uses for handling orders you places with us, or for correspondence regarding ordering or payment handling. We will never transfer any data to third parties without specific permission.
